2007 Partner Collaboration Award - Progress Software Corporation

PCS received the 2007 Partner Collaboration Award, which recognizes a Progress® partner who illustrates the benefit of partner collaboration and cooperation and helps educate and facilitate technology enablement and business acceptance in the Progress partner community.

Progress cited PCS’s successful implementation of service-oriented architecture with SonicESB®, an enterprise service bus from Progress. With Sonic, PCS can integrate its flagship core banking application, PCS Vision™, with numerous ancillary products, enabling PCS clients to tailor their bank technology to suit their individual business needs. PCS also worked closely with Progress to enhance the PCS Vision solution.

The two companies launched their technology partnership in 1991. The Progress OpenEdge® solution acts as the application infrastructure software for PCS Vision, PCS Internet Banking, the InSight teller product and PCS Deposit Platform.

Precision Computer Systems received the Technical Vision Award from Progress Software Corporation for its dedication to delivering cutting-edge software solutions to the banking industry. Progress provides application infrastructure software for the development, deployment, integration and management of the PCS Vision core solution, as well as PCS Internet Banking and the InSight teller product.

Progress has bestowed the Technical Vision Award to one of its approximately 2,000 application partners for four years.
