Mark Blankespoor
Shortly after PCS was founded, Mark Blankespoor started as a programmer for the company. In 2004, he was promoted to President. Mark has held numerous positions, including technical, support and general operations. He has been instrumental in establishing some of PCS’s largest accounts and has worked with the Vision product since its inception.
Daryl De Vos
PCS prides itself on industry-leading customer service. Daryl De Vos leads several groups, including support of Vision and several ancillary products, as well as installation services and third-party integration.
Kevin Fread
In 2002, PCS entered the outsourcing marketplace, enabling banks to seamlessly migrate Vision between in-house and ASP environment. Under Kevin Fread’s direction, we provide daily processing, data communications, data security and item imaging solutions to client banks.
Jana Graff
As head of product management, Jana Graff sets product direction and the business plan for the Vision suite. Since 1991, Jana has worked with both support and development areas for PCS solutions.
Chip Hortness
Formerly at Unisys, Chip Hortness brings more than 25 years of sales experience to the existing client sales team. Chip leads a group of sales account managers who ensure our clients have the products they need to prosper.
Paul Keen
You could say that prospective clients see more of Paul Keen than we do. Often, Paul is on the road to educate banks how they can leverage Vision’s technology, features and benefits to achieve long-term business goals. The efforts of Paul and his team help PCS develop a strong pipeline of new business success.
Kent Mews
As product manager of Vision, Kent Mews focuses on overall product strategy. Over the years, he's gotten to know Vision very closely. He has installed Vision systems for new clients and been instrumental in developing and conducting Vision training classes as well as annual user and release meetings.
Pam Rempp
PCS has taken major steps to strategically position Vision in the larger community banking marketplace. Pam Rempp leads the support and customized development for this group of clients.
Paul Westendorf
Unlike many core banking vendors, PCS provides its own hardware systems support. Paul Westendorf oversees team members who stage and prepare servers for bank installation and answer hardware-related client inquiries.
