With your approval, PCS may provide your bank information to qualified PCS vendors to provide a total solution for your processing needs. We will provide a customer list to prospective PCS clients for reference purposes only. The list contains the following information: Bank Name, City, State, Phone Number, Contact Name, Title, Prior System, Asset Size, and Web site Address.

We have established security standards and procedures to protect your customer’s confidential data from unauthorized use, whether inside or outside our office, and whether the data was obtained via modem access, fax or electronic media. All of our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects your customer data from being accessed by third parties. PCS limits employee access to your customer data to those with a business reason for knowing such information. We educate our employees so that they understand the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy. PCS will take reasonable steps to dispose of and protect consumer information from unauthorized access in compliance with 17 CFR 248.30(b)(2)(i). PCS will properly dispose of information to maintain customer confidentiality. In the event of a breach in security, PCS will notify our affected customers as soon as possible.
