Our education team develops experts inside each bank using the solution; we call it the "train-the-trainer model." These key people at each bank ensure continuing education for users of the Precision core solution. This model also helps alleviate bank cost in sending numerous staff to our Sioux Falls campus for training.
Once a bank selects Precision, they receive comprehensive new client training before conversion. Because we believe in ongoing education, we consistently offer a variety of courses at our training facility, in live webinars and through on-demand video training on our website. Education team members also travel around the country for annual software release training and user meeting sessions.
